„Therefore, text segments and data directly appropriated (copy pasted) by the RMS from the text of the applicant should be clearly indicated, for example, in the same way as text paragraphs which are added in later revisions of the RAR are clearly indicated by highlighter colour markings.“

Was würde da dagegen sprechen? Wohl nur das wenig überzeugende Argument: Wir machen es weiter so wie bisher.

wie hätte das BfR den Vorwurf des Plagiats verhindern können?
Durch konsequente Kenntlichmachung der Textquellen, bspw. in Fußnoten?
